Office
The office is in the clear walled section of the loft but has a traditional wall separating it from the master bed room to prevent lighting the other room during late night or early morning sessions.
Hallway
Looking down the hall towards the studio you can see how the clear walls let the light through to the rest of the loft. The roughly 16 ft square guest room is on the right.
Studio Work Area
The main working area of the studio in front of the windows is 20 ft wide with a utility sink visible on the left and the back door to the outside on the right.
Studio & Storage area
From in front of the windows it’s 40 ft to the far wall and 40 ft from the guest room on the right to the back wall on the left. Each beam and post is another ten feet.
Picture Perfect Plumbing
I kept ribbing the guys when we were building that their work was going to be visible, forever! It wouldn’t be hidden behind drywall this time. They took it to heart and kept everything neat and clean. This section between the bathroom and studio was my favorite section of wall. So much so that I had Tony the plumber sign his work.
