- Guest Bath, Shower
The guest bath is on your left as you enter the loft. It’s 10 ft wide and maybe 30 or so long. The walls in this room are brick on all 4 sides and the shower is a roomy 3 x 4 ft.
Guest Bath, Sink & Toilet
I’m not sure why but the previous owner covered part of this wall with drywall. I hated the TP holder behind me on the wall but everyone seems to love my TP-on-a-rope solution. It can be yours with the loft at no extra charge! ;-)
Guest Bath, Tub
The large soaking tub is in front of the window with plenty of room for a good book and a glass of wine or a coffee and the morning paper. I have 2 vintage Knoll fiberglass panels resting in the window for privacy AND light that will stay with the loft.

This shows the laundry area behind curtain number one and No, my shiny new candy-apple red washer and dryer don’t come with the loft. I believe every man has a right to at least 1 hot rod washer & dryer set in his life and these are mine. ;-p
