Eclipse Mill Artist Lofts is a community of artists, living and working in a former textile mill in North Adams, Massachusetts. Our 4-story building houses painters, potters, textile artists, printmakers, musicians, ceramic artists, photographers, a dancer, writers, a paper maker, a book dealer specializing in art books, and two galleries.
The Eclipse Mill Artists Lofts are dedicated live/work lofts for artists only. In order to buy or rent one of these spaces the prospective buyer or tenant must qualify by showing proof of recent work as an artist and demonstrate that the space will be used for art production. There will be no judgement of style or quality or jurying of any type.
